Build the company that makes moving weightless

UniRents rents furniture, tech, and household essentials to people moving through Germany, and takes them back when the chapter ends. We are a small founder-led team and every role here is early. If you want a clear scope, a big lever, and a short line to the people making decisions, one of these might fit.

Founder Associate, Marketing

Full-time · Berlin or remote (CET)

Own distribution for the workers market: international professionals relocating to Germany for a job. Right now this channel is underbuilt and it is the biggest lever we have.

You will build and test acquisition from scratch. Outbound to employers and relocation agencies, partnerships with HR and mobility teams, referral loops, paid experiments. You own the number and decide where to push next.

What we are looking for

You have cracked a distribution channel before and can show exactly how it worked.
Bias to shipping. You would rather run five small experiments this week than write one perfect plan.
Comfortable being early: no playbook, small team, direct line to the founders.

Brand Ambassadors

Part-time · Commission-based · Rolling applications

For students and young professionals with a real network in a German university city. You share your referral code, we handle delivery and support, and you earn a commission on every rental it brings in.

No cap and no fixed hours. The more people you actually help get set up, the more you make.

What we are looking for

You are already the person friends ask for advice when they move to a new city.
Active in student groups, Erasmus networks, or company relocation channels.
Honest: you would only recommend UniRents where it genuinely saves someone money.

Entrepreneur in Residence, B2B Furniture Marketplace

Full-time · Equity + salary · Berlin

Build our B2B furniture marketplace from zero. A place where offices, serviced-apartment operators, and relocation companies rent furniture at scale, and where dealers and liquidators list supply.

You own both sides of the market, the pricing, and the unit economics. This is a business inside UniRents with real ownership, not a project.

What we are looking for

You have started something before, even if it did not work out.
Fluent in supply-side and demand-side thinking, and happy to spend week one on the phone with furniture dealers.
You want to run a P&L, not manage a backlog.
